Cancellation and Refund

At Refrain, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
 

Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch:
  You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, contact us at info@refrainwear.com with your order details.

  • If the order is cancelled successfully, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
     

• After Dispatch:
  Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. You may still be eligible for a return or refund (see below).
   

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
    

2. Incorrect Items Delivered:
   If the product you receive does not match your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Returns are not accepted for size or colour exchanges unless a manufacturing defect is present. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
   

How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at info@refrainwear.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back.
   

Refund Process:

After the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days to your original payment method.
 

Non-Refundable Items

• Items not returned in their original condition.
   

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
